FranchiseSoft has introduced new technology designed to assist franchisors.

The franchise software provider has launched its Audit Module. The solution allows franchisors to conduct comprehensive audits for operations, finance, marketing, technology, and legal compliance, providing a centralized platform for real-time monitoring and actionable insights.

According to FranchiseSoft, the Audit Module addresses the challenges faced in today’s technology-driven business landscape by allowing users that each of their locations “aligns seamlessly with brand standards while preemptively addressing potential issues.” This includes maintaining a consistent customer experience.
