Franchise FastLane partners with Sourdough & Co.

The healthy conscious sandwich shop has big expansion plans on the table.

Sourdough & Co., a sandwich, soups, and salads franchise, has partnered with Franchise FastLane.

The move is the first casual food partnership for Franchise FastLane, which provides franchise growth solutions and marketing services designed to help brands scale responsibly and efficiently. Under this new partnership, Sourdough & Co. is looking to roll out a massive franchise expansion plan .

The eatery currently operates 82 locations in 7 states and wants to to reach 700 stores by 2027.

Founded in El Dorado Hills by Nick Singh, Sourdough & Co.’s mantra is “the bread with benefits.” This includes fresh daily food featuring health-conscious properties, a diverse menu featuring top-quality meats, fresh produce, and premium soups.

Sourdough & Co. wants to reach 700 locations by 2027.

Franchise FastLane said that it rigorously evaluates all brands that apply to be in the FastLane, “selecting only a handful of standout concepts for its exclusive portfolio.” According to Franchise FastLane, Sourdough & Co. “earned its place due to its simple business model, consistent growth in past years, low waste focus, and premium-quality menu offerings—making it an ideal brand for accelerated growth.”

Franchise FastLane said it supports more than 25 brands in its “FastLane” program and over 13 brands in its “CarPool” service.
