Donut truck franchise, DonutNV Franchising, Inc., has unveiled a new mobile addition to its fleet.
And while the new ride is eco-friendly, it could also provide an added revenue stream to areas where generator use is prohibited.
The new battery-powered food truck features a cutting-edge Joule Case battery system. This allows the new DonutNV food truck to operate in complete silence while running on a single-charge for over 10 hours.
An added bonus is there are no more generator fumes near the vehicle that could impact guests and their food experience.
“This launch is a game-changer for our brand,” said Amanda Gingold, president and co-founder of DonutNV. “With the addition of this battery-powered donut truck, we’re not only expanding into more environmentally sensitive areas, but we’re also offering our franchise partners a convenient, drivable option that’s both powerful and sustainable.”

DonutNV is known for its decorative, brightly-colored food trucks along with a signature “Watch the Donuts” window. The brand has over 100 food truck and trailer locations across the country.
Food-wise, the trucks serve up fresh mini donuts, freshly squeezed lemonade, hot cocoa, and ice coffee in addition to other offerings.
Franchisees have the option of choosing between a classic trailer setup or the drivable truck model to better suit their local markets and personal business goals.
According to DonutNV, the new platform brand’s commitment to technological innovation, sustainability, and franchisee success. The company also said that the new mobile platform aligns with its mission to “make mobile franchising accessible, flexible, and forward-thinking.”
