Stratus Building Solutions, the commercial cleaning and janitorial services franchise, reported that it has witnessed solid growth in the first half of 2025.
The Los Angeles-based company announced that it introduced 10 new master franchise territories in the first six months of the year. Key, new markets include the Bronx and Westchester, New York; Birmingham, Alabama; Barrie, Ontario, Canada; New Haven, Connecticut; Lexington, Kentucky; and Charleston, South Carolina.
According to Stratus, this latest list expansion moves is bringing the company closer to a milestone of 100 master franchise territories in the United States and Canada.
The franchise attributes its growth to attracting top-tier partners along with a scalable business model and support systems. Stratus says it has nine distinct revenue streams – 90% of which are recurring – and an average unit volume exceeding $3 million, offering new franchisees a lucrative path into an essential services industry.

Founded in 2006, Stratus currency has over 4,400 unit-franchisees in 80 major cities. Master franchisees within the Stratus each receive an exclusive territory and comprehensive operational training “to build a thriving, in-demand business,” the company said.
