AI-powered hardware device for dynamic language interactions

Integrit has recently announced the launch of its groundbreaking hardware device called “Stella”. This innovative AI-based robotics platform specializes in creating devices that utilize generative AI technology to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

The ‘Stella’ device is designed to generate expressive behaviors for bots by leveraging large language models (LLM) and generative AI technology. It is equipped with integrated hypervision and multimodal capabilities, which allow it to recognize environments and customers, interact with them, and generate appropriate expressions and movements without requiring separate training. This device aims to provide personalized conversational search and interactions in multiple languages, thus enhancing the quality of customer service.

One of the key features of Stella is its integration of ‘GPT-4’ from OpenAI and ‘LLaMa’ from Meta, along with other major language models (LLM) and AI vision technology. This allows it to provide optimal responses to customer queries and requests in noisy environments and interact with customers using various movements, ultimately improving the quality of interactions.

Stella serves as a dedicated hardware device for AI-based conversational research, allowing customers to interact with AI via voice search in various settings such as department stores, hotel check-in kiosks, and stores without staff. It also connects to enterprise AI systems to provide customers with expert insights.

The device is equipped with AP from Qualcomm Technologies and is powered by the AirPath® robotic platform, featuring 5G vision, multi-camera, stereo camera, and AI solutions with an 11-inch OLED display. It integrates a control platform that enhances generative inference capabilities in a single hardware and software environment, allowing it to generate language models and movements without requiring training.

Brian CS, CEO of Integrit, emphasized the impact of generative AI platforms in increasing productivity and efficiency in personal services and business environments. He highlighted that Stella aims to bridge the gap by offering consumers high-level business intelligence experience without the high cost normally associated with AI environments or digital technology.

Integrit has conducted trials of ‘Stella’ at a department store in Korea and is planning an official global market presentation at MWC 2024 in Barcelona, with a view to commercialization. Additionally, there are plans to expand Stella’s partnerships by adding various global GPTs and opening LLMs and AI search engines in the future.

Overall, Stella is set to revolutionize the customer service and business support landscape by offering advanced generative AI technology in a dedicated hardware format. The device’s ability to seamlessly integrate with different environments and generate expressive behaviors for bots has the potential to significantly enhance customer interactions and streamline business operations.
