The latest agreements will see the donut brand expand in four states.
Shipley Donuts announced that it has reached multiple agreements that will see the brand expand into several markets, including Las Vegas.
The latest expansion deals will place the donut brand in Las Vegas with three shops. Shipley also said it is expanding in Louisiana with five new shops.
Other growth plans include three new Atlanta market shops in Alpharetta, Roswell and Sandy Springs along with an agreement for the three additional shops in the Dallas-Fort Worth market.
Founded in 1936, Shipley Donuts is based in Houston, Texas and operates more than 385 company-owned and franchised restaurants across 13 states.

Earlier this year, Shipley reported that 2025 was the most successful year in company history. In 2025, Shipley Donuts opened 35 new shops, marking a 46% increase over total openings for the previous year.
This included openings in two new states: North Carolina and Virginia. The brand also strengthened its presence in Texas, Tennessee, Alabama, Florida, and Georgia.
Shipley Donuts offers more than 40 varieties of fresh, handmade donuts, including its signature hot glazed, iced and cake donuts, fritters, bear claws, donut holes, twists and rolls. Shipley also specializes in kolaches, Texas-favorite savory breakfast pastries with a variety of egg, meat and cheese fillings baked inside.
Shipley Donuts said that franchise opportunities are available throughout the South, Southeast and Midwest for qualified operators.
