Rolling Suds, the pressure washing franchise, has named a new top executive.
The Philadelphia-based company has appointed Tom Gissler as its new chief executive officer. Additionally, former CEO Aaron Harper, who has overseen Rolling Suds during a period of strong growth and the launch of franchising in 2023, now assumes the role of chairman of the board.
“Launching our franchise opportunity has been the most rewarding challenge of my professional career, and I’m proud of the milestones we’ve achieved in just a few years,” Harper said. “Tom Gissler is the kind of leader who will take Rolling Suds to new levels without losing its foundation. He’s scaled franchise brands to hundreds of millions in revenue, and leads by listening, bringing people together, and keeping everyone focused on what matters.”
Rolling Suds cites an industry study conducted by research firm Market and Markets. Issued last month, the report says that the size of the pressure wash market is expected to grow from U.S. sales of $3.19 billion in 2025 to sales of U.S. sales of $4.03 billion by 2030. The increase is being fueled by homeowners and small business owners looking to improve the curb appeal.
Last October, Rolling Suds reached a major milestone after reaching 200 locations. The achievement arrived through a multi-unit franchise agreement with Dan Brennan in Orange County, California. The new CEO now looks to expand the brand further.
Gissler has more than 20 years of experience in the franchise and independent restoration industries. This includes previous positions at ServePro, PuroClean, and Restoration1. When it comes to actually operating a franchise, Gissler was also the National Franchisee of the Year in 2007 for ServePro.
Looking ahead, Rolling Suds said Gissler’s plan is to solidify Rolling Suds’ position as a sales and marketing company that specializes in power washing. His focus is on growing the brand’s national accounts and integrating efficiencies that maximize profit at every level of the organization.
“Rolling Suds is a great concept with a talented network of franchisees and excellent staff – Aaron has laid a solid foundation that will launch us into a successful future,” Gissler said. “Having a trusting relationship with your franchisees is part of the recipe for success. As I step into this role, I plan to build off what Aaron has created, continuing to foster a supportive system that breeds longevity and profitability.”
Top markets identified by the franchise for upcoming expansion include Greenville, Greensboro, Green Bay, Madison, Memphis, Milwaukee, and West Palm Beach. The brand said that it plans to continue adding national accounts to its portfolio, capitalizing on the numerous agreements already secured including major QSR chains, shopping centers, and national property management companies, ensuring continuous jobs across the country.
The current scope of Rolling Suds reach includes 106 territories open and operating across the country and 202 territories in development. In 2025, Rolling Suds has already added more than 18 franchisees, totaling 88 in the system across 34 states.
To date, Rolling Suds said it has served more than 200,000 residential and commercial customers.
