Worried Bird Window Washing and Steel Coated Epoxy Floors join the portfolio.

Phoenix Franchise Brands announced that it has recently expanded its portfolio through a pair of acquisitions.
The Livonia, Michigan-based company said it has purchased Worried Bird Window Washing and Steel Coated Epoxy Floors. The financial terms of the acquisitions were not disclosed.
Worried Bird Window Washing provides professional, window cleaning services for residential and commercial properties. Phoenix said the brand is capitalizing on the growing demand for professional exterior maintenance services.
Steel Coated Epoxy Floors specializes in durable, high-performance flooring solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial spaces, catering to property owners looking for long-lasting, protective coatings.
The two brands join a Phoenix portfolio that also includes Door Renew, Furry Land, Fetch! Pet Care, and Spray Foam Genie. To date, Phoenix said it works with more than 150 franchise owners.
Up next for Phoenix is a plan to bring on 50 “well-vetted, qualified franchisees” across its brands. The franchisor said that it “equips each franchise owner with world-class training, time-saving tools and ongoing support to ensure long-term success for everyone in their network.”
