The home improvement franchise looks to reach 100 locations by year’s end.

Home improvement franchise Idea Siding reported that it has witnessed “record-setting momentum” at the halfway point of 2025.
The siding renovation company said it has awarded 12 new franchise agreements while opening 10 new locations through the first half of the year. As a result, Ideal Siding now has a total footprint of 82 locations—double the company’s size compared to its footprint in April 2024.
Helping to fuel the rapid growth has been existing franchisees, high satisfaction rates, and strong word-of-mouth referrals, Ideal Siding said.

Looking toward the close of 2025, Ideal Siding is on track to reach over 100 locations. This includes expansion moves into new markets such as Philadelphia and Virginia Beach, Virginia. Last month, Ideal Siding announced that it hopes to reach 300 locations within the next six years.
The company also noted that it has strengthened its leadership structure with the appointment of longtime franchisee, Arkady Vitrouk, as brand president.
As Americans to improve the curb appeal of their homes, particularly with new siding and exterior upgrades, Ideal Siding said it is providing franchisees with a “proven model” that eliminates some of the of the barriers in traditional home improvement businesses. This includes offering franchisees a turnkey system with centralized marketing, lead generation, and operations support.
Training is another key to how Ideal Siding is helping franchisees grow their businesses. The company said it is accelerating the growth of its proprietary Siding Academy. The training platform is designed to give franchisees and crews the knowledge and certifications needed to succeed.
