GarageExperts opens the door to growth, new leadership

The garage makeover services franchise said it is positioned for big expansion plans in 2025.

GarageExperts reported that it plans to add 20 new franchise locations this year while providing entrepreneurs with opportunities in the housing market.

Based in Grapevine, Texas, the Dallas-Forth Worth suburb, GarageExperts currently has more than 100 locations in 33 states. The franchise specializes in garages into functional, organized, and visually-appealing spaces through high-quality epoxy/polyaspartic flooring, custom cabinetry, and storage solutions. 

Fresh targets for market expansion include Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; Phoenix, Arizona; St. Louis, Missouri; Cincinnati, Ohio; Indianapolis, Indiana’ Louisville, Kentucky; Memphis, Tennessee; Atlanta, Georgia; Westchester, New York; and the state of New Jersey.

According to GarageExperts, one of its strengths is an “integrated control” over its supply chain. By controlling the manufacturing and distribution of its exclusive product lines, GarageExperts said that it is mitigating supply chain disruptions while ensuring quality control and managing costs effectively. This translate into greater profitability and stability for its franchisees.

He has over 20 years of experience in financial management, including holding senior leadership positions at several high-growth companies. His expertise in financial planning, analysis, and reporting will be instrumental in supporting GarageExperts’ continued expansion.

Janousek leads the brand’s marketing efforts, focusing on driving lead generation for franchisees, enhancing brand awareness, and developing innovative marketing strategies to support continued growth. She has over 20 years of marketing experience, including holding leadership positions at recognizable franchise brands, and is responsible for implementing marketing strategies and overseeing the company’s branding efforts to drive growth.
