A dog grooming franchise with a focus on pet wellness has inked a 25-unit regional development agreement.

Sparkle Grooming Corp. announced that franchisees Stacy Hilton and Kumar Patel has signed the deal for development in the Dallas, Texas market. The duo are seasoned franchisees, according to Sparkle, and partners in both business and life.

Prior experience in franchising includes the pair operating multiple units of The Joint Chiropractic.

Sparkle Grooming Corp said that it has now awarded 226 licenses across 12 states.

“Sparkle isn’t just about dog grooming, it’s about joy, trust, and community,” Patel said. “We’re thrilled to introduce Sparkle to the Dallas Fort Worth region, where passion meets purpose and every wagging tail tells a story. It’s more than a business, it’s a movement that gives dogs the best care, pet parents peace of mind, and communities a little more Sparkle!”

Additionally, Hilton and Patel have long supported animal rescue initiatives, and see Sparkle as a way to merge their personal values with professional expertise.

“Pet parents in Texas deserve an experience that’s consistent, compassionate, and truly next-level,” said Hilton. “We’re thrilled to bring that to Dallas with Sparkle.”

The first location that is part of this agreement is expected to open in early 2026. From there, the plan to quickly grow the brand with more openings in the Dallas region.

“Stacy and Kumar are exactly the kind of franchise leaders we look for,” said Joe Aeppli, Co-Founder and chief operating officer at Sparkle Grooming Corp. “They understand what it takes to scale responsibly, build teams that care, and create a loyal community around a brand. We’re honored to grow with them.”

Founded in 2022, Sparkle Grooming Corp said that it has now awarded 226 licenses across 12 states, including Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Missouri, New Jersey, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas, and Utah. The franchise says it blends salon-style grooming with wellness-focused hygiene and neighborhood-level service.

“We set out to redefine the pet care industry by building a business that champions the well-being of both dogs and the dedicated professionals who groom them,” Ben Crawford, CEO of Sparkle, said after the franchise hit a milestone earlier this year. “Reaching 200 licenses is a powerful reflection of the growing demand for a superior grooming experience—one that is transparent, convenient, and thoughtfully designed for dogs and their humans. This is just the beginning, and we’re excited to bring Sparkle’s unique approach to even more communities.”
