Poolwerx, the largest pool services franchise, has revealed a series of expansion moves including launches into new territories.

The latest moves by Poolwerx include growth in Iowa, Georgia, and California with new locations being fueled by increases in residential pool ownership and the need for ongoing maintenance.

Brent Meisenheimer, an experienced entrepreneur and former freight brokerage operator, has initiated a new territory in Waukee, Iowa. According to Meisenheimer, the market is underserved.

“Pool maintenance and repairs are an underserved service in Iowa, so I was glad to find a strong partner in Poolwerx to help me build something meaningful here,” said Meisenheimer. “Poolwerx has a proven system and business model that has already shown success in Midwest markets, and I’m excited to bring the brand’s first Iowa location to Waukee.”

According to Poolwerx, Meisenheimer was ready to return to hands-on work and local business ownership after running a freight brokerage company for the past five years.

“Brent brings the perfect combination of entrepreneurial experience, hands-on skill, and dedication to customer service that makes him an ideal partner for Poolwerx,” said Darlene Viering, senior vice president of franchise development at Poolwerx. “We’re thrilled to support him as he brings our trusted pool maintenance and repair services to Waukee, and we’re confident his commitment to professionalism and community will make a real impact in the local market.”

Pools are where families slow down, reconnect, and make memories, and being part of that is incredibly rewarding.”

Lange oversees operations that employ approximately 120 people across his various ventures. Community involvement is also  a priority for Lange and  he plans to support local schools through sports sponsorships, equipment donations, and participation in community fundraising initiatives.

“At Poolwerx, we look for franchise partners who lead with integrity and have a true commitment to their communities,” Viering said. “John embodies those qualities, and we’re proud to support him as he introduces the Poolwerx experience to Georgia. We know he is going to make a meaningful impact for these local pool owners.”
