New franchise owners introduced in Arizona and New York.
Staffing franchise PrideStaff has announced a series of moves including new franchise ownership, leadership changes, and a relocation.
In New York, PrideStaff reports that Anita Zheng and Remy D’Esposito are the new owners and strategic partners of its Long Island Melville-Jamaica Office.
Located in Melville, Long Island, the office serves businesses and job seekers throughout Nassau and Suffolk counties and Queens, providing comprehensive staffing and workforce solutions across a range of industries. Zheng and D’Esposito have worked at the location for over a decade.

“Long Island is a vibrant business community with tremendous opportunity,” said Zheng. “We’re honored to build on the strong foundation already in place. With PrideStaff’s proven systems and support, we look forward to helping companies secure top talent and connecting job seekers with meaningful opportunities.”
A change has also taken place at PrideStaff’s Phoenix Metro Scottsdale location where ownership has changed hands. The location is now being led by Celine Rasborn with previous owner Ann Gilbert continuing to own and operate PrideStaff Phoenix Metro – East Valley. The franchise said the move allows both offices to continue operating independently while strengthening PrideStaff’s presence across the Phoenix metropolitan area.
According to PrideStaff, Rasborn brings a strong background in staffing and workforce solutions and will lead the Scottsdale office with a focus on service excellence and local market expertise.
“Stepping into ownership of the Scottsdale office is both an honor and an exciting opportunity,” said Rasborn. “This location has a strong reputation in the market, and I’m grateful for the foundation already established here. I’m looking forward to growing the business, supporting our clients and talent, and continuing to deliver the high-touch service PrideStaff is known for.”
“Celine’s leadership and commitment to client service make her an excellent fit for the Scottsdale market,” said Tammi Heaton, co-CEO of PrideStaff. “Her vision, combined with the strength of the PrideStaff system, positions the office for continued success and meaningful impact in the community.”
Terms of the franchise ownership changes were not disclosed by PrideStaff.
In New Jersey, PrideStaff’s Morristown offices have moved to a new facility in Mountainside. The office is owned and operated by Dino and Giselle Bavaro.
“The move to Mountainside gives us a more centralized and accessible location, while creating an environment that better supports our team and our clients,” said Dino Bavaro, Owner/Strategic-Partner of PrideStaff Morristown. “As our business continues to grow, this new space allows us to scale thoughtfully while staying focused on what matters most—building strong relationships and delivering results for the companies and candidates we serve.”
