Linden Creek, focusing on luxury interior design and home staging, announced that it has opened its latest franchise in North Carolina.
The latest location will serve Winston-Salem, Greensboro, and surrounding areas in the Piedmont Triad region. The company said the move is part of an expansion plan into key residential markets across the Southeast.
This location is being led by franchisee Tesia Lambert. According to Linden Creek, Lambert brings a blend of business expertise and hands-on design experience to the role along with a degree in business administration and a background in house flipping and renovations.
Linden Creek provides interior design and home staging services that support faster sales and stronger market outcomes. The company partners with real estate agents, builders, and homeowners to prepare properties for listing through a process that focuses on layout, scale, and visual clarity. Each project is guided by the firm’s commitment to practical, client-centered design solutions that align with buyer expectations.
“I’ve always gravitated toward beautiful spaces, so I finally gave myself the permission to follow my passion into design,” Lambert said. “Staging is about creating balance—when a room feels right, buyers naturally want to linger. That connection can make all the difference in how quickly and successfully a home sells.”
Based in Raleigh, North Carolina. Linden Creek now operates eight locations in five states. Markets served by the franchise include Raleigh, Durham, Cary, Charlotte, and Lake Norman, North Carolina; Princeton and Morristown, New Jersey; New Hope, Pennsylvania; Sarasota, Florida; Atlanta and Alpharetta, Georgia.
New locations in Lancaster, Pennsylvania and Jacksonville, Florida are scheduled to open this month, with Greenville and Charleston, South Carolina and Austin, Texas launching soon after.
Linden Creek was founded in 2017 by Alisa Sparks and launched its franchise program in 2024. The company said that total investment to open a Linden Creek franchise ranges between $227,225 to $637,075.
