Bloomin’ Blinds has more than 150 franchise territories.

With expansion into new states and strong monthly revenue growth, Bloomin’ Blinds reported that it has had a strong first half of the year.

Through the first six months of 2025, the home improvement brand has entered Grand Rapids, Michigan; Flushing and Great Neck, New York; Tulsa and Yukon, Oklahoma; Sarasota and Bradenton, Florida; Sandy, Utah; North Charlotte, North Carolina; and Cumming, Georgia.

Additionally, the brand said that franchisees have reported a 10% increase in average monthly revenue on a year-over-year basis.

Company CEO Jeff Wharton has given some of the franchise’s credit to the work out in by its owners.

“We didn’t grow just because we signed more deals. We grew because our franchisees showed up, every single day, and delivered,” said Jeff Wharton, CEO of Bloomin’ Blinds. “This brand was built from the ground up by family, and that mindset still drives how we operate. We stay close to the people doing the work. We listen, we adapt, and we lead with intention. Growth matters, of course. But what really matters is making sure our franchisees are building something they’re proud of. That’s the only kind of success that lasts.”

Wharton was named CEO of Bloomin’ Blinds last year.

Another aspect of the company’s success has been the tools it’s providing franchisees with. Bloomin’ Blinds has provided continuous financial literacy courses and a support infrastructure tailored to guide franchisees through every phase of growth, the company said. The franchise also updated its proprietary technology suite and the recently upgraded BloomScale platform. New features include AI-powered scheduling, call center operations, and data-driven performance dashboards.

“From stronger tools to smarter systems, we’re creating a foundation our franchisees can count on. Not just this year, but for the long haul,” Wharton added.

Vendor partnerships have played a part as well. Bloomin’ Blinds became an authorized dealer of Hunter Douglas window treatments in early 2025,

The franchise also appointed Colleen Montague as chief marketing officer in the first half of the year with the goals of increasing brand brand visibility and franchise development.

Bloomin’ Blinds said it has more than 150 territories currently operating across the United States and plans to add 55 new units by the end of the year.
