Portable storage franchise Go Mini’s said its containers for moving, storage, renovation, and restoration needs, continue to generate momentum.
In 2025, Go Mini’s expanded into multiple, key markets, including Myrtle Beach, South Carolina; Waco, Texas; Nashville, Tennessee; and Hartford, Connecticut. The Fort Myers, Florida-based company said demand has been driven by the need for flexible storage solutions in the residential, commercial, and restoration markets.
This year, Go Mini’s has a number of regions it has prioritized for expansion. The franchise points to growth in the Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas market, the Gulf Coast, and “high-potential” states such as Montana and Minnesota. Also being eyed are Phoenix, Las Vegas, San Diego, and several Northeast markets.
“Our growth isn’t about planting flags as fast as possible,” said Chris Walls, CEO and president of Go Mini’s. “It’s about building strong operators in the right markets and giving them the tools to win long-term. That mindset is exactly what’s driving our confidence as we move into 2026.”
Long-distance moving services has been a pivotal component of expansion for Go Mini’s, including its Go Mini’s Miles program. The company said it has more than doubled the program’s size in its active territories while providing franchisees with additional revenue opportunities.
The brand has also partnered with PuroClean and College Hunks Hauling Junk & Removal in the restoration and moving services industries. As a result, Go Mini’s said it has improved its referral network.
At the same time, Go Mini’s notes that it continues to enhance its proprietary GM1 operating system and CRM platform. This includes greater operational efficiency, customer communication, and scalability across the franchise system.
“The strength of the Go Mini’s brand today is the result of years of intentional decisions around operations, support, and franchisee alignment,” Walls said. “As we look ahead, we see a significant opportunity for the next wave of franchise owners to grow with us, entering a system that’s proven, well-supported, and positioned for long-term success.”
Founded 2022, Go Mini’s has locations in 41 states and has now sold 114 franchises in the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
