Chuck Berry plans to launch a franchise coach program.

Re-Bath, the bathroom remodeling services franchise, announced that it has made a key leadership move.
The Phoenix, Arizona-based brand has appointed Chuck Berry as its new chief operating officer. Berry brings nearly 30 years of experience in franchise support and business ownership, Re-Bath said.
In his new role, Berry will lead the support divisions for Re-Bath’s sales, production of bathrooms, and the team’s corporate management. He also plans to launch a franchise coach program designed to elevate field support, enhance training, and introduce system updates and business intelligence tools to the network.
Re-Bath also said that Berry will focus on equipping franchisees with resources and strategies needed to thrive in today’s dynamic home improvement market.

In 1996 Berry founded Polaris Suzuki Yamaha Powersports, where he successfully sold thousands of sports vehicles. After 17 years of ownership, he sold his business and joined Servpro.
In his new role, Berry will be leading and improving Berry will focus initially on equipping franchisees with the resources and strategies needed to thrive in today’s dynamic home improvement market. To achieve this, he will prioritize field visits with franchisees to gain a deeper understanding of any challenges they face.

Re-Bath reports that it has grown its franchise system by 32% over the last three years, expanding to more than 140 locations nationwide. In June, the company acquired one of its largest franchisee operations. This past summer, Re-Bath also firmed up its leadership team and named Kurt Ullman as its new new vice president of franchise development.
