The commercial cleaning franchise appoints a franchise veteran and former SVP of Church’s Texas Chicken.

Enviro-Master, the commercial cleaning and hygiene services franchise, has appointed a new top executive.
The Charlotte, North Carolina-based company announced that it has named Frank Costello as its new chief executive officer.
Costello arrives from Church’s Texas Chicken where he recently served as senior vice president and chief development officer. Enviro-Master said that Costello’s background in “scaling service-driven companies positions him well” in his new position, while noting that the CEO brings more than two decades of leadership experience in franchise-driven and services oriented companies.
“Frank brings an outstanding track record of leadership, operational excellence, and strategic growth,” said Bill Lundstrom, chairman of Enviro-Master. “His vision and experience will be instrumental in guiding Enviro-Master through its next phase of expansion while reinforcing our mission to protect businesses, employees, and communities with essential health and safety solutions.”
Enviro-Master said that it delivers commercial deep cleaning and hygiene services to over 30,000 businesses across North America. The company partners with organizations of multiple sizes and industry, from restaurants to healthcare and education.
