Industry veteran Michelle DeVore joins the beauty and wellness franchisor.
WellBiz Brands, Inc., a franchisor of beauty and wellness brands, announced a new leadership move.
The company reported that it has named Michelle DeVore as its new chief marketing officer. WellBiz operates the Drybar, Elements Massage, Fitness Together, Amazing Lash Studio, and Radiant Waxing brands.

In her new role, DeVore will oversee brand marketing across the WellBiz Brands portfolio. This includes creative, data-driven marketing strategies to deepen guest relationships and accelerate portfolio-wide growth, WellBiz Brands said.
DeVore brings over 20 years of experience to the position. Prior to joining WellBiz, DeVore served as senior vice president and head of marketing for Regis Corporation. There, she led the launch of a loyalty program in the franchise category for the Supercuts brand along with introducing a new model for guest engagement and retention across a national salon system.

She has an extensive track record of leading brand and digital initiatives across franchised services, beauty, and luxury retail. Prior to joining Regis, DeVore worked for brands like European Wax Center and the Neiman Marcus Group, implementing systems to enhance guest experience and support guest growth, loyalty programs and brand partnerships.
