Terror Films Releasing is teaming up with writer/director Stephen Cognetti once again for the fifth installment of the popular Hell House LLC franchise, titled “HELL HOUSE LLC: Lineage”. Production is set to begin in November, with an exclusive release on Shudder in October of 2025. The film will continue to explore the back stories of various characters within the franchise while introducing new characters and storylines. Cognetti will both write and direct the film, with Joe Bandelli producing. The teaser released by Cognetti has generated much anticipation among fans, although no additional plot or casting details have been provided at this time.
