Both new Two Maids locations have partnered with Cleaning for a Reason.

Two Maids, the cleaning services franchise, has opened a new location in New Albany, Indiana.

This follows a move earlier this month that saw Home Franchise Concepts bring the Two Maids brand to the New Orleans market.

The Indiana location is owned and operated by Tony and Jennifer Kern who are long-time residents of the state’s southern community. This location will provide residential and commercial cleaning services to homes and offices in New Albany.

Tony is a licensed attorney while Jennifer is a retired Air Force nurse and former veterans affairs nurse.

“Choosing Two Maids was a natural fit for us. We’re passionate about serving our community, and we were especially drawn to the opportunity for direct customer interaction,” Tony said. “This business allows us to see the real-life impact of our services, which is incredibly rewarding.”

The Kerns also own Budget Blinds of New Albany and their latest endeavor includes a meaningful partner.

“We’re also excited to partner with Cleaning for a Reason, a charitable organization that provides free home cleaning to patients battling cancer,” Jennifer said. “Giving back to those who need it most is deeply fulfilling and very important to us and our business.”

The Kerns are planning to host a grand opening event on January 8, 2025, at their storefront, while celebrating both of their businesses. The event will featuring light bites and raffle prizes, including discounted cleaning services and more.

“Our goal is not just to provide excellent cleaning services, but also to build trust and strong relationships within the community,” said Jennifer. “We want to create a space where both our customers and team members feel supported and appreciated.”

Two Maids of New Albany is also offering limited-time promotions: 10% off any deep clean or move-in/move-out clean or $50 off a new customer’s fourth cleaning when booking recurring services.
