TMNA has announced plans to unveil the 2024 Toyota Tacoma truck through a series of ads and experiences, as part of its first Super Bowl activation as an official automotive partner of the NFL. Eli Manning and Brock Purdy have been appointed as national collaborators for the brand, leading to a range of exciting collaborations. Toyota will return to the super bowl broadcast as an advertiser and will be the title sponsor of “Super Bowl Experience presented by Toyota,” an immersive festival that invites fans to an NFL football theme park.
Other events include a debate on the tradition and future of Latinos in American football and a collaboration with Frito-Lay, also an NFL collaborator. The full Super Bowl activation is intended to expand its partnership with the NFL as fans get closer to the sport they love. Toyota trucks will be part of the promotion to name the NFL’s most powerful players in the Pro Bowl games and the brand will sponsor a tug-of-war game that will air as part of the presentation of the Pro Bowl games.
Regionally, Toyota sponsors eleven NFL teams through its network of dealer partnerships. This helped to bring Toyota and the NFL’s mission closer to the living rooms and fan communities across the country. Additionally, Toyota will become one of the primary content creators of the NFL press center, showcasing the all-new 2024 Tacoma, which will arrive in dealerships this month.
Toyota directly employs more than 63,000 people in North America who have contributed to the design, engineering, and assembly of nearly 45 million cars and trucks at its 13 manufacturing plants, with 14 by 2025. For more information about Toyota, visit ToyotaNewsroom.com.
