Terran Mitchell, a dedicated educator from Houston, Texas, has been named P.O.W.E.R. Woman of the Month for July 2024. With over 17 years of experience teaching health and physical education in the Houston Independent School District, Mitchell has also made significant contributions to the TSU Athletic Training Program and Lone Star College.
In addition to her teaching career, Mitchell founded a non-profit organization in 2012 aimed at supporting youth and young adults in achieving their life goals.
