Spencer Savings Bank Welcomes Jesse Oliver as Vice President of Small Business Relationship Manager
Spencer Savings Bank, one of New Jersey’s premier community banks, is excited to announce the addition of Jesse Oliver as Vice President of Small Business Relationship Manager. Oliver will be joining the Bank’s Small Business Finance division, which has seen tremendous success since its launch last year. The division has introduced new small business lending products while maintaining the bank’s strong credit culture.
In his new role at Spencer, Oliver will be dedicated to meeting all of his clients’ business banking and business lending needs while delivering an exceptional client experience.
With 20 years of experience in the banking industry, Oliver brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Spencer’s Small Business Finance division. Prior to joining Spencer Savings Bank, he held various leadership positions at large financial institutions in the tri-state area. He is known for his strong leadership skills and his ability to develop and nurture lucrative business client relationships.

In addition to his extensive banking experience, Oliver is also a decorated veteran who served as a 1st Lieutenant for the United States Army. During his time in the military, he received numerous accolades and recognitions for his service. He currently resides in Morris County, NJ with his family and is the proud father of three children, to whom he dedicates a great deal of his free time.
