Seefried Industrial Properties and MDH Partners have joined forces to acquire a 5.1-acre site in Gilbert, Arizona, where they will develop the cutting-edge Fiesta Tech Center. This state-of-the-art industrial facility will span 59,723 square feet and is slated to begin construction in the third quarter of 2024, with completion expected in the second quarter of 2025.
Strategically located at 1352 N Fiesta Boulevard in Gilbert’s established in-fill submarket, Fiesta Tech Center is just ¾ mile from the US60 at the Country Club Drive (SR87) interchange. Surrounded by a diverse industrial landscape, including manufacturing, storage, warehouse, and distribution facilities, this facility offers easy access to major transportation routes like I-10, I-17, State Route 51, and the 202 South Mountain Loop.
Designed to cater to the needs of modern general and light industrial users, Fiesta Tech Center will boast a 28-foot clear height, 19 dock-high doors, 4 grade-level doors, and 78 parking stalls within a secure fenced site. Offering maximum flexibility, the facility can accommodate tenants with space requirements ranging from 14,930 square feet to 59,723 square feet.
Seefried Properties’ Senior Vice President, Jason Quintel, expressed excitement about the project and the opportunity it presents to meet the rising demand for well-located industrial properties. Phil Haenel of Cushman & Wakefield and Mike Parker of CBRE were acknowledged for bringing this opportunity to Seefried, with Mike Parker set to oversee leasing and marketing efforts for the property.
