Added leadership and technology continue to improve sales, operations.
RNR Tire Express, a franchise retailer for tires and custom wheels, said it is riding strong momentum from last year as it continues expansion efforts.
In 2025, RNR reached a company record of $350 million in systemwide revenue. The sales achievement was accompanied by the opening of eight new stores in the United States along with expansion into Canada.
While most locations reached the $2 million sales mark last year, some locations surpassed revenue of $4 million and $3 million. Founded in 2000, RNR has grown to more than 200 U.S. locations in 31 states.
“What we’re seeing across the system is really a reflection of our people,” said Adam Sutton, CEO of RNR Tire Express. “Our franchisees and their teams are serving customers every day and continuously creating experiences that move our brand forward. As we expand into Canada and continue investing in technology and operations, our focus remains the same, strengthening our system in ways that create opportunity for our franchisees and team members and better serve the local communities we’re a part of.”
The eight new locations in 2025 include store openings in Springfield, Illinois; Pasadena and Victoria, Texas; Portland, Oregon; Midfield, Alabama; Salisbury, North Carolina; and Laurel and Vicksburg, Mississippi.
Looking ahead, RNR said there are 15 new locations in its pipeline, including Oshawa, Ontario along with two recently opened sites in Caldwell, Idaho and Round Lake Heights, Illinois. Another two sites are set to open before the end of March in South Point and Lima, Ohio.
To help support expansion, RNR said it is improving its operations through technology and AI tools. The company recently partnered with Atlog, an AI platform that streamlines franchise operations by automating customer support calls, assisting with customer account management and providing franchisees with a data-driven platform to support operations.
RNR has also turned to leadership moves geared toward improving operations. This includes the addition of National Marketing Director Samantha Hampton, People and Experience Director Will Jackson, and Franchise Operations Director Tracy Cintron.
Under Hampton’s direction, RNR notes that it achieved a 22% increase in Google lead volume and a 24% increase on Facebook, strengthening the brand’s digital customer acquisition strategy.
