The hydration and wellness franchise opened 53 new locations last year.

Prime IV Hydration & Wellness, a franchise specializing in intravenous therapy, is reporting strong expansion efforts as sales soared.
Over the past year, the brand has opened 53 locations while entering new markets in Connecticut and Nebraska for the first time. Prime IV closed 2025 with 208 operating locations nationally and grew to 209 locations in 2026.

Additionally, Prime IV awarded 35 new franchise agreements in 2025. This brings the brand’s total locations sold to 324 across 42 states and the District of Columbia.
Sales also surged ahead with Prime IV reaching 41% year-over-year systemwide revenue gross as it moved ahead of $100 million in systemwide revenue for the first time. Prime IV reported that eight locations exceeded $1 million in annual sales last year with its top performing location generating $3.2 million in annual revenue.

Founded in 2017, Prime IV offers a wide array of premium wellness services, including IV therapy, micronutrient injections, NAD+ and Niagen treatments, rapid weight loss solutions, and Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT).
Last year, Prime IV expanded its service menu to meet growing consumer demand for proactive health, longevity, and personalized wellness. Key initiatives included the rollout and expansion of Buccal nutrient strips among other offerings.
