Pop’s Pizza Sandwiches & Wings was created to provide jobs for Neurodivergent and others with Intellectual Developmental Disabilities (IDDs) by our founder Carell Grass who has been “Pop” for almost 55 years.

He created a one of a kind franchise concept to provide employment opportunities for a community of uniquely talented individuals, and addresses one of the most significant and lingering challenges in the aftermath of COVID…finding reliable employees to show up for work, and be dedicated to their job.

Each Pop’s Pizza location will be fully staffed, operated and partially managed by Neurodivergent and IDD team members being paid the comparable wages as other able bodied workers in their communities, while learning valuable, transferable restaurant operations skills and desperately needed customer service focused training.
