With a strong background in the nonprofit sector, Seay will oversee community initiatives and strategic planning within the organization, as well as serve on the board of the Cal Coast Cares Foundation.
Seay’s experience includes management and executive roles with organizations such as the MAAC Community Charter School, Dreams for Change, and City Heights Community Development Corporation. Her focus on economic mobility and community development aligns well with California Coast Credit Union’s mission of financial inclusivity and community well-being.
Todd Lane, the President & CEO of California Coast Credit Union, expressed excitement about Seay joining the team, highlighting her innovative strategies and dedication to fostering economic growth in under-resourced communities. Seay holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Bates College and a Master of Science degree in Organizational Leadership from Southern New Hampshire University.
