Jonah H-K & Nicola C in Doctor Who franchise

At the ‘Into the Whoniverse’ panel during San Diego Comic-Con, exciting news was revealed about the upcoming season of Doctor Who. Jonah Hauer-King has joined the cast and will be portraying a character connected to Ruby Sunday’s story. Additionally, Nicola Coughlan from Bridgerton will be starring in the Doctor Who Christmas special as Joy, a determined woman whose life is forever changed after meeting the Doctor.

In another exciting development, a new 5-part Doctor Who spinoff series titled The War Between The Land And The Sea has been announced by the BBC and Disney+. This series will feature Russell Tovey and Gugu Mbatha-Raw, as well as returning Doctor Who cast members Jemma Redgrave and Alexander Devrien.
