In 2024, HomeWell exceeded $100 million in annual system revenue.

HomeWell Franchising Inc., reported that it witnessed substantial growth in the past year.

The franchisor of the non-medical home care provider HomeWell Care Services, announced that it awarded 42 new territories, signing 36 franchise owners and opening 30 locations. By the end of 2024 HomeWell reached 96 operating agencies.

Expansion includes the opening of its first agencies in Alabama, Nevada, and Wisconsin—key markets for the brand’s national footprint, according to HomeWell.

“This level of growth is a testament to the strength of our brand, the dedication of our franchise owners, and HomeWell’s growing recognition as a trusted name in home care,” said Crystal Franz, CEO of HomeWell Franchising. “As we enter new territories and welcome more passionate entrepreneurs into our system, we remain committed to ensuring they have the knowledge, resources, and support to build thriving businesses. HomeWell is not just growing—we are helping redefine what exceptional home care looks like on a national scale by furthering the value our agencies offer in the care continuum.”

Homewell also demonstrated financial strength last year. The company saw a 46.7% increase in corporate revenue, a 30.8% increase in system-wide revenue, and a 39.9% increase in royalty revenue. Last year, the franchise exceeded $100 million in annual system revenue while surpassing the mark of 100 franchise owners.

Additionally, Homewell launched its new “Marketing Hub,” a proprietary brand, marketing, and sales resource platform for HomeWell’s franchise agencies. The move was backed with the relaunch of the “GoHomeWell” Post-Medical Care Signature Program, providing franchise owners with enhanced tools for tracking readmission rates, delivering outcomes-driven care, and strengthening partnerships with healthcare providers, HomeWell said.

“2024 set a new benchmark for HomeWell, showcasing the effectiveness of our franchise model as we meet the increasing demand for home care,” said Mike Condon, HomeWell vice president of Franchise Development. “We’re welcoming new owners each month—entrepreneurs who aren’t just looking for a business opportunity, but a meaningful way to make a difference in their communities. And we’re equipping these individuals with the tools, training, and support they need to build something lasting and truly leave their mark.”

HomeWell Care provides personal care, companionship, and homemaker services for seniors and other homebound individuals. The company said it is committed to helping people live life more fully and offers special programs for fall prevention, post-medical care, and life enrichment.

“As we look ahead, we remain focused on building upon this success by equipping our franchise system with the tools needed to thrive and adapt to an evolving industry,” Franz added. “With the ongoing guidance of our Franchise Advisory Council and our supportive network of owners, HomeWell’s future has never been brighter. 2025 will be a year of greater impact as we continue redefining personalized in-home care and create more opportunities for entrepreneurs ready to step into business ownership with the support of a proven system.”
