Georgia judge Scott McAfee has made it clear that he will hold at least two days of televised hearings to determine whether to disqualify Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis from the election fraud case against former President Donald Trump due to her romantic relationship with special prosecutor Nathan Wade, whom she hired to oversee the case.
Although the judge emphasized that he had seen no evidence that the allegations are true, the decision was a significant setback for Willis and Wade, who had fought to have the hearing canceled and to avoid having to testify.
