Fresh Brothers Pizza enters franchise marketplace

Fresh Brothers Pizza, the California chain that specializes in Midwest-style pizza, announced its entrance into the franchise marketplace on Tuesday.

“Franchising will allow us to grow intentionally with partners who love pizza and care about the guest experience as much as we do,” said Fresh Brothers founder Scott Goldberg.

Fresh Brothers currently operates over 20 locations in Southern California, but with their new franchise offering, the brand is looking to expand, with emphasis on Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, and Texas. The goal is to start in areas where demand for pizza is highest and prospective guests value quality, such as college towns, family-oriented suburbs, and regional urban centers.

As its name implies, Fresh Brothers has a unique identity in the pizza space that’s built on consistency, freshness, and quality ingredients. Brothers Scott and Adam Goldberg first brought tavern-style Chicago pizza to the greater L.A. area in 2008 and have emerged as innovators in a competitive marketplace. Since launching in Manhattan Beach, the brand has shown itself to be ahead of the curve on plant-based offerings, gluten-free options, and menu inclusivity.
