COOPERSBURG, Pa., April 1, 2024 /PRNewswire/ — SHELLBACK Semiconductor Technology, a global leader in capital equipment solutions for emerging semiconductor markets, has announced the successful shipment of the first MERCURY™+ batch spray system from their Coopersburg, PA manufacturing center and headquarters. This achievement marks a significant milestone in the transition of the MERCURY™+ product line from Tokyo Electron (TEL) to SHELLBACK.
Under the leadership of Mike Lombardi, SHELLBACK’s COO, and Wayne Jeveli, CEO, the team at SHELLBACK has worked tirelessly to ensure a seamless transition for existing MERCURY™+ users worldwide. The team has put in place a comprehensive training and migration plan to support customers during this transition period.
