Universal Orlando Resort has exciting plans for new entrance signs featuring iconic characters from popular franchises. The new signs are set to be much larger than the current ones and will showcase beloved characters like Blue the velociraptor from “Jurassic World” and Shrek, Donkey, and Puss in Boots from the “Shrek” franchise. Additionally, Hogwarts Castle and characters from DreamWorks Animation franchises like “Trolls” and “Kung Fu Panda” will be featured on the new signs.
The application for these new entrance signs was submitted to the city of Orlando on September 23, with a tentative hearing scheduled for November 19. The signs will be placed at the same locations as the current ones, including popular spots like Turkey Lake Road and Hollywood Way, Universal Boulevard and Hollywood Way, South Kirkman Road and Major Boulevard, and Vineland Road and Universal Boulevard.
