The move marks international care provider’s entry into U.S. market.
Dovida, an international provider of home care services, has entered the U.S. market through the acquisition of At Place At Home.
Based and founded in Omaha, Nebraska, At Place At Home is a home care franchise that serves communities nationally. The financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
Dovida said it provides “millions of hours of care delivered annually.” The company has operations in Australia, France, Ireland, the Netherlands, New Zealand, and Switzerland. This move places the care provider in its seventh international market and first in North America.
