Cunard, in collaboration with the Royal Canadian Geographical Society, is excited to announce an amazing lineup of speakers for the 2024 Alaska season. The 2024 Alaska voyages will feature an RCGS speaker on every voyage, starting June 21st. From June to September, guests aboard Queen Elizabeth will have the opportunity to immerse themselves in the Alaskan experience through Cunard’s Insights™ onboard enrichment program and a variety of shore excursions.
Our 2024 Alaska voyages will feature experts from the Royal Canadian Geographical Society, one of Canada’s largest non-profit organizations focused on geography and education. These celebrated experts include explorers, naturalists, astronauts, indigenous advocates, and geological experts from RCGS. Guests will have the opportunity to enjoy exclusive programming custom-curated by RCGS speakers.
The lineup of RCGS speakers for the 2024 Alaska season includes renowned individuals such as Brian and Dee Keating, Andrew Fuestel, Patricia Sims, Russell Potter, George Kourounis, Lynn Moorman, Jill Heinerth, and David Gray.
“Cunard is thrilled to continue our collaboration with the RCGS in 2024 following the success of our partnership last year,” said Katie McAlister, President of Cunard. “We’re dedicated to not only exploring the natural beauty and rich culture of the region but also providing enriching educational experiences for our guests as they travel with us. Guests can relax and enjoy the wonders of Alaska in the luxurious comfort of Queen Elizabeth and experience the wonderful White Star Service onboard.”
In addition to RCGS speakers, we are delighted to have notable experts including Alex Debogorski, Preet Chandi MBE, Kenton Cool, Caroline Hamilton, and Ross Kemp. Native Cultural Heritage Guides from Alaska Native Voices will also be part of our voyages.
