Karen White, a mother of three daughters and experienced franchisee, will be opening a location in Naperville, IL in Fall 2025. Kevin Murata, a multi-brand owner and former IT Professional, will be opening the first Chicken Salad Chick franchise in Lake County, IL in 2025. His positive experience with the brand’s culture and concept during a visit to Chicken Salad Chick’s headquarters led him to pursue a franchise opportunity. Rene Frank, a first-time franchisee and former personal trainer, is expected to open the first Chicken Salad Chick location in Strongsville, OH in Fall 2025.
