The Annual General Meeting of Aker ASA is set to take place on Wednesday, April 17, 2024, at 10:00 CEST as a virtual meeting. Shareholders will have the opportunity to re-elect the board of directors during the meeting.
In light of the current circumstances, the general meeting will be held virtually via Lumi AGM.
