Red Light Method announces 4 openings, 70 locations in pipeline

Cellular health and recovery solutions make up a growing piece of the $2 trillion-dollar American wellness industry, and one brand at the forefront of the movement is expanding to meet demand.

Red Light Method, an emerging wellness and recovery franchise, today announced four new studio openings in Q1 of 2026, including locations in Carlsbad, Calif., Tulsa, Okla., and Fort Collins and Parker in Colorado. They now have 14 total locations. This represents the start of what Red Light Method believes will be a strong year for expansion.

“Our expansion is incredibly exciting,” said Eric Tepper, CEO of Red Light Method. “We are projecting to grow from 10 open locations last year to more than 25 this year, and the demand continues to accelerate. Every studio we open generates interest from new franchise candidates across the country. We’re attracting both first-time owners and experienced operators who believe in our mission and see the strength of our model.”

Red Light Method studios take pride in a science-driven approach to wellness. Their core offering is a 25-minute red light therapy session to support cellular health backed by FDA-cleared, medical grade technology from Contour Light Systems. Other services include oxygen therapy, infrared sauna experiences, and electromagnetic field therapies.

“True health starts at the cellular level,” said founder Allison Beardsley. “You can be strong and active, but without cellular health, overall wellness suffers. Red light therapy was a turning point for me personally, and today it’s the foundation of our method. The science is real, and consumers are increasingly educated and seeking these solutions. Our members rave about all the modalities and the results they see. It’s truly a blessing.”

The brand’s development pipeline of more than 70 additional planned locations suggests that Red Light Method’s offerings are well-aligned with what consumers in the health and wellness space currently want.

To support their rapid growth, Red Light Method has developed a comprehensive franchise support system that scaffolds each step of development and operations, from initial site selection to ongoing optimizations that drive success.

“We place a huge emphasis on franchisee success,” CEO Tepper said. “From onboarding through long-term growth, our systems and team are built to support owners every step of the way. Many of our franchisees are transitioning from traditional careers into business ownership, while others are experienced multi-unit operators expanding their portfolios.”
