A revamped system makes it easier for customers to earn points.

Fast casual Korean fried chicken brand bb.q Chicken has revamped its rewards program.
Effective this month, the updated program includes new rewards and lower point totals. The latest features are designed to make rewards more accessible to members, the company said.
The highest reward point threshold has been lowered from 70,000 points to 50,000 points. According to bb.q Chicken, the move allows members to earn popular rewards through fewer visits while making high-tier benefits easier to reach.
“The goal of this update is to make our rewards program easier to enjoy and more rewarding for our customer,” bb.q Chicken said in a statement issued by the company. “By introducing new menu items and adjusting the point structure, we’re creating more opportunities for customers to experience our menu while being rewarded for their loyalty.”
The updated program is also introducing new options, including Lemon Fizz at 10,000 points, the Open Sandwich Club at 25,000 points, and a $7 off reward at 40,000 points. Customers earn rewards at bb.q Chicken for each dollar spent. Rewards range from free steamed rice and sodas at the lower tier to discounts and specialty dishes at the higher range.
Customers can download an app for the program on Google Play or the Apple App Store.
Founded in Seoul, South Korea in 1995, bb.q Chicken has more than 200 locations in the United States. Globally, the company has more than 3,000 locations in over 50 countries.
Last month, bb.q Chicken announced it was rolling out Deliverect’s digital ordering integration and menu management platform across U.S. locations. The move is allowing the bra nd to streamline menu updates and order flow across its restaurants, reducing operational complexity and improving efficiency and profitability.
