Cool-Binz and Junkco+ franchises meet rising residential and commercial needs.

The Belfor Franchise Group, a franchisor of residential and commercial service brands, reports that it strengthened its roster of locations in the past year.
Among its brands leading the charge are its HOODZ and Z Plumerz franchises. While each brand added new territories, HOODZ grew by 12 new units in 2025 as Z Plumerz added 22 locations.
HOODZ provides commercial kitchen exhaust cleaning and maintenance services for restaurants, hospitality groups, and institutional kitchens with Z Plumerz offering plumbing services.
According to the Belfor Franchise Group, based in Grand Rapids, Michigan, its performance “highlights the strength of service-based models supported by recurring demand, as well as the advantages of the franchisor’s centralized support platform built to help new business owners launch smoothly, run effectively and scale with confidence.”
The company is also pushing new concepts that grew their footprint in the past year, including Cool-Binz and Junkco+. Cool-Binz provides insulated, climate-controlled storage solutions with Junkco+ providing junk removal services.
The Belfor Franchise Group said both brands are providing scalable service offerings that meet the rising needs of both residential and commercial customers.
While additional growth is a priority for the Belfor Franchise Group in 2026, the franchisor said that it plans to build on its momentum “through continued franchise development, expansion into new markets, and ongoing investment in the tools and resources.”
