Marble Slab Creamery and Great American Cookies have recently opened their new location in Fort Bend Town Center III in Missouri City, offering a delicious variety of ice cream flavors and mix-ins for customers to choose from. This is the second franchise location for owner Alishan Ali, with the first one opening in Brazos Town Center in 2016.
The shop not only offers 25 different ice cream flavors but also around 30 mix-ins to customize your treat, as well as 14 varieties of cookies and customizable cookie cakes and ice cream cakes. To celebrate the grand opening of the Missouri City location, Ali is hosting an event on June 22 at 11 a.m.
Ali shared that the decision to open a second location in Missouri City was based on the growing and family-oriented community in the area. With the success of his first location in Rosenberg, expanding to a new location was a natural next step for the Marble Slab Creamery and Great American Cookies brand.
Fort Bend Town Center III, where the new shop is located, is a mixed-use development from NewQuest Properties. Along with Marble Slab Creamery and Great American Cookies, other businesses like McAlister’s Deli and Dollar Tree have also opened their doors in Phase III, with Gyro Republic set to open soon.
