The new office will be led by Aric Prost, a highly experienced executive with a background in Industrial Automation and sales and marketing.
FPC of Steamboat Springs will focus on executive search for Business Development, Engineering, and Product Management roles within Industrial Automation and Contract Manufacturing. Aric will be spearheading the office’s projects, including custom talent acquisition, talent pipeline assessment and management, hiring process evaluation, process mapping, and succession planning.
Aric has a strong background, having graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point and holding a Master’s Degree in Management from Webster University. Prior to his career in Automation, he served as a Commanding Officer in the US Army and later created an OEM business and led Partnerships and Business Development for Stratus Technologies. He also held leadership roles at ProSoft Technology Inc, Rockwell Automation, and Schneider Logistics.
